My name is Brianna De Alba and I am excited to be teaching First Grade at Almond Elementary. I grew up in Redwood City and love calling the Bay Area home, before coming to Los Altos I taught 5th grade in San Mateo County. After spending time in upper elementary I knew my calling was in primary. I joined the Los Altos community in 2018 and have felt at home ever since. It’s hard to believe this is my fifth year teaching, but time flies when you are having fun! I love what I do and have found my spot in first grade. I got my credential at Notre Dame de Namur and then went on to get my Master’s in Primary Reading at Grand Canyon University. Outside of work, I enjoy running, spending time with family and friends, all things Disney and playing with my dog, Toby.
